| NC-2 digital nitrogen controllers are used to control the filling of dry air into the cabinet. So the desired relative humidity in the nitrogen cabinet/nitrogen box can be reached. For example, if 5%RH is the required condition, then the dry air will stop to fill when <5%RH is reached. The dry air can be nitrogen, CO2 or inert gas. However, nitrogen is the most commonly used gaseous matters to be use used for drying the air. Traditional nitrogen cabinet/nitrogen box allows the N2 to fill into the cabinet continuously, unable to stop. However, with our newly invention NC-2 controller is adapted, 70~90% of N2 can be saved immediately.Features:Energy Saving: N2 will no longer filling into the box continuously. Our NC-2 controller consumes only 20Watt per hour while the filling solenoid of NC-2 is activated.Easy to install: Any traditional nitrogen cabinet can be adapted by installing our NC-2 within 20 minutes. Huge waste of nitrogen can be saved permanently.Sensor Calibration reminding: After a long period of machine operation, the accuracy might be gone off. When the sensor runs to every 365 days, the decimal point blinks & flash on the panel to remind the user that the calibration is needed.Data Recording: It is important to verify that the condition of storage meets the regulation of J-STD-033B. The users can connect their PCs/Laptops directly by RS232 port to NC-2 and then obtain the data right away. Another alternative is to use our “data logger” to record the data automatically. With its data recording function, the historical fluctuation of humidity and temperature can be read clearly on the graph. The floor life of the Moisture Sensitive Devices can also be calculated by the software. The unique function is patented, easy to apply and monitor whether SMD packages are stored in a proper condition.
