Operation procedure:

Push the set-knob for loading the cleaned shaft until the knob stop.Melt the solder where it is intended to remove.Aim the nozzle to the melted solder and then push the release button. Thus the solder and can be sucked.Press the release button while pushing the setknob without reloading the cylinder.Push the set-knob and then pull the protector, the load mechanism is released.

Caution ,

Don’t take down the nozzle mechanically.Don’t let solder fall into the nozzle avoiding short-circuit.Don’t use the damaged nozzle.

Maintenance:

Push the set-knob until stop and then take down the nozzle.Stuff the nozzle tinht into the cyclinder holder, then press it gegtely toward the holder.Grasp the cylinder and shaft, holder and turn it anti-clock wise,pull and remove it.Clean the piston and the inner cylinder with a brush and then oil them.Be carefull to examine and replace the nozzle if necessary because the nozzle might be damaged if the solder is too hot..
