Strong electricity main drive loop and week electricity control loop are isolated in two independent spaces. The strong and week electricity are isolated strictly, so that the control circuit would not be disturbed by the strong electricity any more which improved the reliability of micro machines circuit running greatly and make sure the stableness of the elevator control system.
Control cabin adopts the patent design of functions integration which is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
The side of control cabin is the part of week electricity control loop, including the following parts: 1.main control micro machine board; 2.Relay board; 3.switch power supply for controlling; 4. control signal connection wires.
The face of control cabin is strong electricity drive loop, including the following parts: 1.inverter; 2.main driving in lines filter; 3.power supply and running contactor; 4. relay and contactors like brake, door lock, safe loop and so on.
The top of control cabin is the braking resistor or energy return equipment. Because of the ventilation design of the top part, the heat produced by the inverter, braking resistor can be released from the top, and make sure the stable working of all parts inside.
