1.Applications

This furnace as a kind of general hot air unit, usually used with drying equipment, which is widely used for drying and dehumidification of cereal, seed fodder, fruit, vegetables, mushroom, edible tree fungus, white fungus, tea, tobacco leaf, for food, pharmaceutical products, chemical raw materials, light and weight industrial products, also can for heating of various facilities, dehumidification of warehouses.

2.Working Principle

Combining burning and heat exchange all-in-one, adopt the newest indirect heating technology in the high temperature section of furnace, smoke and air flow flow separately, no pollution in heating, thermal efficiency can reach 60-70%, therefore, itstemperature rise speedy. With small size, convenient for installation, reliable operation and lower cost(only half of boiler heating system). Adopt heat-resistant measure to extend its lifetime significantly in comparing with the shell and tube hot air furnace. Smoke cross the heatsink vertically, and negative-pressure exhausting smoke way, thus no dust in heat exchange section, no need clean, to ensure a stable teat performance. Can use any coal of firewood as fuel, equipped with secondary air inlet device, which ensures sufficient combustion, so the technical and economical index of the furnace has reached the domestic leading level.
