Introduction of charcoal machine:
Charcoal machine is our 4th generation molding machine,based on the technological improvement of previous 3 generations and on reform of Korean and Japanese technology.
Raw material: wood,branches,sawdust,straw,peanut hull,corncob,boll hull,sunflower hull,coconut shell,etc.
Moisture of raw material:around 12%.

Advantages of charcoal machine:
1,No binder is needed during processing,and so no pollution when it burns.
2,We have added 5-6 grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors and help increase density. Moreover, we add a wedging-ring in the machine,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks.
3,Wood sticks is easy for carrying and piling.We have also designed trolleys to help load the sticks.
4.Generally,oil seal is put inside the machines and oil seal is outside.When the oil seal goes wrong,we need to open the whole machine to change it.Now we have changed their positions and the process become easier.
5.The molding machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line.This is from our design and with patent rights.It can save labour cost
