4. Operation of Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine
1) Install the Oxy-hydrogen Generetor according to the Operating Instruction, then connect the pipeline as the above picture, adjust position up and down, start to work.
2) Open the Power Supply switch of Oxy-hydrogen Generetor, start to produce gas, when the air pressure rises to 0.1Mpa, you can open the torch valves to transport gas.
3) Using Lighter ignition to formed Oxy-hydrogen Flame, can adjust flame size further through valves adjustment.
Remark: When firing, pls don’t let any part of the body in front of the torch mouth.When lighter firing, body should be in the side of the torch to avoid firing your hands.
4) Using the tweezer attached with machine to nip ampoule, the degree of nipping tautness should guarantee the ampoule not only not come off, but also rotate it with hand.
5)Put the ampoule with tweezer nipped in Oxy-hydrogen Flame, heating and rotat it at the same time. When heating finished, pull up the tweezer, the process of sealing is accomplished. Please check the video below carefully.
