It use the Float down with the surface of the valve lift of the use of force,

 opening and closing the linkage exhaust. When the gas is collected in the valve ,

 due to air pressure, inner surface of value move down,

thus resulting the float reduced.

when the float down to the lowest .

the linkage level system will open the value gate.
