  We use metal powder  technology  to  manufacture different  rotors with different performance specification depending on  your samples and drawing .To fulfill the varying needs of our customers, we supply  rotors in variety of capacities, sizes and speed ratio.

The advantage  of powder metal technology .

Powder metal makes excellent metal parts of high quality. It creates quiet, self-lubricating  parts. They are many advantages in utilizing powder metal parts in any mechanical assembly. Very close tolerances and repeatability over millions of parts adds to the productivity of automated assembly. Excellent surface finishes create a high wear resistance part with longer life, adding value to the product. Powder metal parts create stronger parts that accommodate greater loads. They tend to retain their dimension better as temperature and humidity changes. They are less expensive and can be designed with less effort. we use various types of materials: from the traditional steels Fe-Cu-C through to nickel steels
