Product Detail
Pure natural, without residual solvents content and chemical additive; Keep the whole favor of garlic.

Color: Yellowish and transparent liquid

Odor:  strong irritant fragrance of garlic.

Process: It is produced by good-quality garlic, through cleaning, peeling off, sun drying, crushing and then refined with the technique of supercritical CO2 extraction and molecular distillation.

Major Constituents: aliicin(≥50%)

Specification: 1: 400 concentrated product, it means that 1g garlic oil is equaled to 400 dry garlic;

    Character:

    (1)Pure natural, 100% garlic extract, without residual solvents content and chemical additive;  

    (2)Keep the whole favor of garlic.    

     (3)it can be completely dissolved ethnol and most of plant oil.

(4)The odor can last long time, with good antibacterium and antioxidation.

Apply:       (1)the raw material of savory flavoring;

    (2)the raw material of pharmacy and health products.

Dosage:  According to the need of technics add it in right amount.

Referenced dosage: savory flavoring 0.05-0.1%, manufactured meat: 0.005-0.02%; instant noodles: 0.005-0.02%; flavoring food: 0.01-0.02%.
