Properties and uses

 Colourless,transparent oily liquid, slight aromatic odour, viscosity 13 c.p.refractive index 1.499~1.502.

 Good compatibility with most of ethylenic and cellulosic resins. Plasticizer for cellulosic resins granting a good softening and long-lasting property at low temperature. If combined with DMP together,it may increase the water-durability and elasticity of the product.

 Also used as a perfume dilluent, emolient, fixing agent in Gas chromatography, etc.
