Brief introduction of our company

Our company, Fujian Brighten Color Flame Co., Ltd.  is the inventor and first manufacturer of Color Flame Liquid Candles in the world. We produce and export our Color Flame Candles all by ourselves. We own the US Invention Patent Rights (No.: US6,739,866 B2) and US Trademark for our color flame candles in the USA. Besides, we also own the International Patent Rights of PCT(No.: PCT/CN00/00053), China Patent Rights and Copyright, and Chinese and International Registered Trademark.

Moreover, our color flame candles are US FDA and Germany LFGB APPROVED for food contact. We also have the CE, the BV Test Report, LFGB Test Report and the updated SGS Test Report, we successfully passed all these tests as below:

the Overall Migration test,  

the Phthalate test ( For all toys and childcare articles that can be mouthed)--ASTM D 3421-75 Test,

There are two kinds of H.S. codes for choice, that is description of 'Candles' (H.S. Code:3406000090)' OR 'Lighting Fixtures Non-Electric' (H.S. Code:94055000)'. You can have no worry about the Customs clearance. The importing duty rate of it is only 6% in US Customs declare by 'Lighting Fixtures Non-Electric (H. S. Code: 94055000)
