Uses: Digital Electronic Detonator(fire cracker) is suitable for the blasting work in coal mine or in open pit where present no fire damp or coal dust. It can realize hole-by-hole instantaneous blasting work, and directional blasting work.

Performances:

Initiating power: ≥No.8 detonator

Delay Time: It can be used from 0ms to 16000ms. And you can set the delay time casually at the using place. The delay time cannot be more than 100ms. The delay time deviation cannot be more than 0.5ms. If the delay time is more than 100ms, the delay time deviation cannot be more than 0.5% of delay time.

Antistatic Property: A 0Ω resistor in series with (2000±25)Pf capacitor; Voltage: 8±0.5KV; Discharge between the legwires and shell of the detonator, it is not allowed to fire.

Anti-DC voltage: When apply 50V DC voltage between two legwires, the detonator must be safety.

Performance resistant to temperature: The initiating power should not be changed at (100±2) in four hours.

Water proof: Immersed in water of 50m deep for 72 hours, the initiating power should not be changed.

Stretch Resistance: It resists the test of (78.4±1)N static stretch for 1min, sealing plug and legwire are not moved or damaged, it can be fired completely.

Oil Resistance: Immersed in No.0 or No.-35 diesel oil for 5 hours at 75~80,then after 72 hours of natural cooling, initiating power should not be changed.

Network Test: Check the state of detonators on line, realizing reliable initiation without trouble.

Network Capacity: One initiator can control ten EBtronic Meter; one Ebtronic Meter can connect 200 pieces of detonators; this can make up a blasting network of 2000 pieces of detonators.

Other parameters and performances must be according to the GB8031-2005 Industrial electric detonators standard.

Notice for storage and shelf-life: The product should be stored in a magazine, where is ventilating and dry. The shelf-life is 2 years.

Notice: 1. Handling should be gently, strong impact is strictly prohibited.

            2. It shouldnt be stored near fire, electricity and high temperature objects, or under sunshine or raining.                    

            3. Before using, technical person has to register by EBtronic Meter in a protective facility.
