Liquid complex enzyme -- PML

PML is a liquid feed enzyme compounded by a certain percentage of single xylanase and β-mannanase which fermented by Trlchoderma reesei by means of liquid fermentation. Its main enzyme activities are xylanase and β-mannanase, moreover, it also containsβ-glucanase , cellulase and amylase. PML can decompose xylan and β-mannanase in the animal feed, especially soybean meal and corn feed.. 

Functions:

1. Decompose xylan and β-mannanase in the animal feed;

2. Reduce the chyme viscosity, thereby promoting the release of effective substances

3. Promote the absorption of feed nutrients, by lowering the non-starch polysaccharides of the feed,;

4. Steady the products’ quality by reducing the differences between different batches of feed;

5. It can reduce nitrogen and phosphorus excretion, to reduce environmental pollution.

Characteristics:  

Ingredients and enzyme activity	Xylanase ≥ 8000U/g,  β-mannanase ≥ 2000U/g.
Appearance	brown transparent liquid, and soluble in water.

Usage: 

PML is mainly used for animal feed, mainly soybean meal and corn.

Method 1. Direct addition: directly adding PML to the animal feed;

Dosage:  

100~150 gram / ton. feed.

Storage and Shelf Life:

The loss of enzyme activity is less than 10% a year under 10°C cold storage, and less than 10% 3 months under indoor temperature (23°C).

The shelf life is 6 months.

Packaging:

1. Coated granule enzyme is packed in  25kg 35*50cm (diameter * height) paper bucket, or 25kg carton; 2. Liquid enzyme is packed in 25 ml plastic  bucket.
