Phytase Enzyme 1.Feed nutrition enhancer 2.Improve phosphorus utilization of feed

Phytase Enzyme

1.Feed nutrition enhancer2.Improve phosphorus utilization of feed 2.Enzymatic activity: 5000u/g 10,000u/g

About Phytase

Phytase enzymes produced by bacteria or fungi can cleave inorganic phosphorus from the phytate molecule to increase the amount of bioavailable phosphorus in feed grains. Decreasing the usage of inorganic phosphorus sources, and reducing the cost of feed formulas. To be one kind of environment-friendly, efficient additive of livestock and poultry feed, it could also reduce the phosphorus in animal waste emissions and protect the environment.

Working Condition

The optimum pH is 4.8-5.2, temperature is 55-60 °C.

Functions of Phytase

Decomposing phytic acid of plant feed components, thus releasing inorganic phosphorus for direct utilization of livestock and poultry.Decrease dosage of costly inorganic phosphorus and reduce feed costs and using space-saving formula to ensure or improve effect of breeding.Promoting utilization of minerals, protein, and other nutrients to improve production performance of animals.Significantly improving biological utilization ratio of dietary phosphorus and reducing the waste of inorganic phosphorus.

Application

It is widely used as a feed additive for poultry and livestock.

Instructions for UseUsed as a feed additive, Phytase 's dosage is about 0.1%.Accordiny to dosage of feed phytase in ton. 1000kg feed, usually containing phytic acid 0.4% = 4kg.Decomposition 1g phytic acid  will take 150U phytase: 150U × 4kg = 600,000 U.For example, 5000U / g phytase, 600,000 ÷ 5000 = 120g.

Package

Packed in 25kg paper bag with plastic bag inside. It is also available upon client's request .

Storage

Store in cool, dry and clean place, avoid sunlight and moisture. Good storage condition will keep high enzyme activity for a long time. Normally room temperature, below 25 degree.
