Working Principle

When working through magnetic speed motor 3---belt---worm reducer 16---pushing plate 5, pushing arm 6 will be moved by off-center on pushing plate, pushing arm will drive batch charger 13 go-back moving to finish feeding. Materials will through the silo 9 which on the feeding box to perform automatic feeding (as per attachment). The feeding interval time will be set by automatic control program. When batch charger stop it should be at back limit position. The stop position will be controlled by proximity switch 17.

Maintenance And Repair.

1)     Check lubricant oil of reducer and roller worn condition.

2)     When maintenance, loosing material level board, batch charger can remove completely.

Requirement of Raw Materials

Mixed materials moisture content not more than 6%, particle maximum shape not more than 40mm.
