The Working Principle:
This straw grinder contains some rotors which are monunted by many hammers, when the raw material is fed into the grinding chamber through the feeding hopper, the hammers will swing around the rotor at a high speed and shred the raw mateiral into rough power and fine powder that would all fly to the screen, and then under the centrifugal force and wind force the fine powder passed through the screen to the container, and the rough powder would be continuously grinded till it becomes fine.
After milled, the particle size could reach diameter 0.5- 5mm, which would be suitable for further pelletizing or briquetting according your needs.
This series of straw grinder is made of all-steel structure, which will not be damaged by iron, stone or other debris that strayed into the gringding chamber.
This kind of straw grinder could be used in animal feed mills, poultry feed mills, pig feed plants and chicken feed plants, and is also suitable for rice factories, flour factories and feed factories. It could also be widely used in large and medium scale alcohol plant and food products manufacturers for raw material grinding.
