Working Principles of Feed Pellet Mill Machine :
The main shaft and flat die in the effect of friction drives the pressing roller rotating itself. The temperature will rise between the pressing roller and mould disk, then the high temperature will ripening the starch, make the protein denaturation and solidification. Finally the raw materials will discharged from the mould holes. Then the pellets can be get out of the machine through the throwing disk. We can control the length of the pellets according to adjust the angle of cutting knives.
Functions:
Inside the machine, the raw material is dried, compressed and formed into small eraser sized bits. They are clean, pleasant to smell and smooth to touch. Directly before pellet press, a product with a granular size of approx 4 mm and a residual moisture content of approx 15 % is required. The machine can be powered by both diesel engine and electrical motor. We adopt the new design of direct connection of motor shaft and the main shaft that overcome the loose defect of belt connection as long time using.

Characteristics of Feed Pellet Mill Machine :
