Introduction of poultry feed pellet production line:
The feed pellet production line is standard line. It includes the hopper, pre-cleaning screener, permanent magnet tank, hammer mill, mixer, pellet mill, cooling system, pellet crusher, revolving screener, packing machine and electric control system for the feed plant. The feed pellet production line can be for chicken, pig, cattle, sheep, rabbit, duck, horse and others.
The feed pellet mill is HKJ250 type, the total power of the plant is about 100kw, the capacity is 600-1500kg/hour.
The raw materials can be many kinds of grains, certain percentage grass & hay, straw and other trace elements for the animals.
The diameter of finished feed pellets is 2-12mm; the pellet length can be adjusted according to your need.
Besides HKJ250 pellet mill, we have other models HKJ300, HKJ350, HKJ450 and HKJ610 feed pellet mill, the capacity is also different.
