Anti Climb 358 High Security Fence
Anti Climb 358 High Security Fence is made of galvanized steel wire (and can then be optionally polyester powder and/or Epoxy coated) in an aperture configuration of 76.2 mm vertical wire (also called line wire) pitch by 12.7 mm horizontal wire (also called cross wire) pitch. This means there is a clear opening between horizontal wires of less than 9 mm - inadequate to insert hand tools for cutting the mesh. The vertical wires of the mesh further restrict the opening available forming small rectangles throughout the panel. This Anti climb fence is therefore extremely difficult to penetrate using conventional hand tools and gives a delay time several times greater than traditional fencing products, such as chain link mesh.

Anti Climb 358 High Security Fence Process
Process: straight and cut the wire---trial-produce---quantity produce—Middle inspection—surface treatment
Surface treatment:
1,use the hot-dipped galvanized (or electro galvanized) wire as material ,after welding, begin pvc or plastic spraying.
2,Use the low carbon steel wire welded the panel, then elctro or hot-dipped galvanized treatment, finally pvc treatment.
3,In Europe, generally choose the galvanized after welding or pvc after welding.
Anti Climb 358 High Security Fence Coating Technique
Panels made out of galvanised wires (min. 40 g/m²). An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with polyester coating (min. 100 micron)
The posts are polyester powder coated with a galvanised substrate in the accordance with Euro norm 10147 (min. 60 micron)
