Palisade Fencing
The forbidding appearance and inherent strength of the pales provide an effective deterrent to would be intruders. It is available in a choice of head styles, both in the traditional 'D' pale profile, and 'W' section pale for added security.
Palisade is offered in a range of heights up to 3.6 metres, and is self-adjusting to slopes of up to 1 in 3. It can be supplied assembled in panels, or bundled for site assembly along with either bolts or rivets. Palisade is available in a range of finishes, galvanised in, or galvanised and colour coated in various colours to blend with the environment.
A fish plate passes through a slot in the post and secures the horizontal rail captive in its position. The pales are connected to the horizontals to form the panel and are held securely together by utilising vandal resistant security fasteners.
Fencing is supplied in 2.75m wide standard panels for easy assembly on site. Special panels and posts to step or rake can be supplied if required. Non standard posts for cranking over walls, or base plated for fixing to concrete are also available.

There are a number of components that make up a steel palisade fence with some different options to choose from.
Palisade fencing from Aaron is available in many different heights up to 3.6m. We supply the majority of our palisade fencing
in runs of either 50m, 100m or 200m with all the component parts included.
The ‘W' section is often preferred to the more traditional ‘D' section as it offers increased security as the fastener head is more
concealed and therefore more difficult to tamper with. The ‘W' pale itself is a stonger more robust profile. We offer our palisade
with a choice of heads:
We supply all our palisade galvanised to BS 729. some of polyester coat to a range of standard colours are shown below.
Our palisade fences are fixed using bolts and Permacone security fixings.
Steel Palisade - Construction
It is supplied in 2.75m wide standard bays, each of which consists of, one post, two angle rails, one or two centre supports
dependent upon the height of fence supplied, seventeen corrugated palisades, two rail connecting plates, two M/12 cup square
bolts with permacone nuts for fixing rails to posts via the connecting plates and thirty four M/8 saddle or tee head bolts with
permacone nuts for fixing the palisades to the angle rails.
