Description

Commonly used in telecom applications, this physical contact connector has a spring loaded ferrule and can be tuned for optimum optical performance. The 2.5mm ferrule connector contains both a narrow or wide keyway for precision alignment and a threaded outer barrel to lcok the connector in place. The singlemode connector is capable of machine polishing to a -55dB (UPC) finish, whereas the multimode design can be easily field terminated.Features- FC/PC multi piece or single piece designs- Multimode ferrules with 127µm capilliary- PC and APC singlemode ferrules with 126µm capilliary- Designed to fit 900µm and 3.0mm cables- Conforms to NTT-SC specification- Zirconia or phosphor-bronze adapters available- High vibration environment resistance- Compliant to IEC 60874-10, TIA/EIA-604
