Medium-density fiberboard (MDF or MDFB) is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down softwood into wood fibers, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and resin, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure.

MDF typically has a density of 650-800 kg/m³.

Sizes of MDF we can supply normally are: 1220mmX2440mm, 1830mmX2440mm, 1830mmX3660mm or 4’X8’, 6’X8’, 6’X12’. Thicknesses including: 2mm, 2.4mm, 2.7mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm.

MDF color: Moisture resistant is typically green. Fire retardant is typically red.

MDF glue: E0, E1 and E2.
