Sodium Diacetate is a kind of food preservative. It is efficacious,widely used, not poisonous, It is proved that a lot of mold can be restrained, it is also usedful for some bacteria.
Application: It is easy to dissolve in water (1g/ml), ethanol and olein. As a green food additive in condiment, bean products, meat products, cake, olein, grain and feed etc. It is anti-mildew, anticorrosive, antioxidant and improves the taste and enhances the nutrient. It is also used as pharmaceutical intermediates, multivalent chelator, improvers and electroplating.
Storage: stored in dry places. The maximum temperature is 40°C. Direct sunlight should be avoided.
