LZP intelligent differential pressure (Equilibrium) flow meter is a great improvement based on the conventional standard orifice-plate flow meter that has only one flow passage. With more flow passages on the flow sensor, LZP flow meter ensures irregular fluid can be changed into ideal state when it passes the flow sensor, and ensures double functions of throttling or pressure tapping and reshaping standard flow field, which is a revolutionary advance for the conventional fluid measurement technology. LZP intelligent differential pressure (Equilibrium) flow meter is a high accuracy measuring equipment, the accuracy is between 0.3%~1.0% (depends on the bore of the equipment). It also has wide measure ratio. There is no top limit when reynolds number is greater than 50,000 (Working under correct bore parameter. Normal measuring ration is 10:1. When chose correct bore parameter, measuring ration can increase to 30:1, 50:1 or more.
It is able to balance the flow field as well as measuring flowing rate, it increase the repeatability up to 0.1%. Balanced flow field decrease friction between throttling parts and fluid medium, reduce attrition, keeping β value stable. There is no movable parts on entire equipment, therefore, it will maintain the stability for a long-term, increase equipment life 5~10 times than the standard throttling device. Balanced design of porous symmetry will reduce eddy current, in order to keep clean of every hole, minimise the chance of equipment block. It has a wide measuring ratio. According to testing result, the flowing speed of medium can start from minimum to speed of sound; and the minimum reynolds number can less than 200, and maximum reynolds number can be 107. β value range: 0.25~0.9.
It's working temprature and pressure depends on the matirail and level of the pipeline and flange. The maximum working temprature can be 850°C or more, working pressure can reach up to 42MPa.
