Summary:
LWGY basic type worm flow sensor (called sensor hereinafter) and the display instrument make up the worm flowmeter, which can measure the instant flow of liquid and the total cumulative volume,control the liquid quantitatively.The sensors are featured with high accuracy, long life, easy operation and maintenance, and are widely used in the industries of factory, oil field,chemical industry,metallurgy, paper making and so on. It is the ideal instrument of flow measurement and energy economization.
The sensor is suitable for measuring the liquid without any impurity such as fiber and particle and which does not corrode stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, adamantine spar Al2O3 and rigid alloy.
The instrument parameter given by the inspection certificate is suitable for the situation which the media viscosity is smaller than 5x10-6m2/s in the working temperature.In respect the liquid with the viscosity larger than 5x10-6m2/s, calibrate the sensor according to the actual liquid,and then use as per the new instrument parameter.
If users need to use the sensor of special type, it can order under the negotiation with us. If it needs explosion-proof sensor, specify in the order.
