Suntaq Lipase is made from a fungal strain through cultivation and extraction technique. It is mainly used in flour and baking processing. It does not have other side activities.

This product is strictly in accordance with the FCC. It is  usually used for flour improvement and can be directly used in improving quality of baking products.

Definition of Unit:

One unit of Lipase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes substance to get 1umoltitratable fatty acid in 1 minite at 40 °C and pH 7.5.

Function Conditions:

Working at pH 6.0-10.5, optimum 9.0-9.4; working temperature 25-65 °C, favorable 50-55 °C.

Function Principle:

1.Improve the operational performance of dough

2. Improve the stability of dough

3. Improve the inflation rapidity and quality of bread

Dosage Recommendation:

1-25 gram of lipase per ton of flour, the optimum dosage depends on the quality of flour and finally determinded by application trials.

Package and Storage:

Packed in 20kg bag or 25kg bag.

Expiration:

12 months in a dry and cool place.
