Natamycin 50% in Glucose
Natamycin 50% in Glucose compose by Natamycin (50%) and Dextrose as an animistic food additive which used in fruit juice and wine processing to protect food from mould and yeast growth.

Dosage
The recommended dosage depends on the number of viable yeasts. Natamycin should be diluted 50 or 100 times with juice or wine before addition and then mixed with the juice or wine equably.
1. grape juice :20mg/l
2. apple juice :30mg/l, Natamycin can prevent the juice fermentation, keep the juice 6 weeks under 4 °C, the flavor of juice will not be changed
3. orange juice : 10mg/l Natamycin can prevent the yeast growth in orange juice under 10°C. 20mg/l Natamycin will be effected for the bacterial when under room temperature
4. dry wine: 20 mg/l
5. sweet wine :30 mg/l
