Cheese Jelly Powder
The pudding powder series, made from carrageenan and konjac flour, is suitable for making cup jelly, pudding or jellies in any shapes. The jellies, despite of lower transparence and elasticity, have a smooth and flexible taste.
The powder, through our excellent workmanship, is bright in colour but without insoluble matter. In the production process, it is easy to be melted and filter and it freezes at high speed as well.

Production Process
1. Blend pudding powder with sugar, sweetener and potassium sorbate
2. Add materials into cool water and keep mixing
3. Heat up to 95.C, keep temperature for 15 minutes
4. Filter through 100 mesh net
5. Add milk powder, emulsifying & defoaming agent (dissolve with warm water in advance) at 85.C and mix evenly
6. Add sodium citrate and citric acid (dissolve with warm water in advance) at 85.C and mix evenly
7. Add flavor and coloring matter
8. Finish filling and sealing
9. Pasteurize in water at 80.C for 5 to 10 minutes
10. Cool and ready for packing
