Ammonium Propionate 

Specification:feed grade /food grade / tech grade HG3-119-83  GB1292-86 Ammonium propionate has the formula CH3CH2COONH4. It is the ammonium salt of propionic acid. 

  

Uses:  [1]  As antiseptic, antifungal agents. Formed in the free acid under acid conditions.
