1.Description

Protease refers to the total name of multiple enzymes which could catalyze and hydrolyze protein to polypeptide and amino acid. Protease can be derived from animals and plants, also from microbial fermentation. Our company's protease is produced from microbial fermentation.Existing in organism widely, protease (especially microbial protease) can be successfully applied in many areas related mostly biological resource industries such as leather, textile, medicine, brew, food, animal and plant components extraction, bio- fertilizer.

Protease in organism exists with kinds of Complex molecules polymer together such as amylum, cellulose, xylan, β- glucan, pectin, lipid and so on. So, protease can hydrolyze protein for Using only, but the more effective way to hydrolyzing protein is the mixed use with other relative enzymes, in which the use-cost will be reduced.

 

2.Enzyme activity

Neutral protease

Definition:One unit activity is equal to 1μg tyrosine, which produced by hydrolyzing caseins in 1g enzyme powder (or 1ml liquid enzyme) at 40°C PH 7.5 per minute.

Neutral protease produced by our company is food-grade product which derived from fermertation and refinement of Bacillus Subtilis 1398 according to relative sanitary index. Activity is 50,000u/ml(g)—800,000u/ml(g).

3.Use method It is proper to be mixed in the raw materials after the product dissolved and diluted with appropriate process water.Neutral protease PH: 6.0-7.5Temperature range: 20°C-60°C Regularly, the effect appears proportional with enzyme quantity, temperature in reacting time, range and the proper stiring strength.

4.Storage

This product should be better placed in a cool and dry place. Avoid moisture and deterioration. Enzyme activity preservation rate will be 90%.
