Instruction:
*Put 2.5kg phosphate blends-220 in 100kg water (Temp. below 10ºC).
*Stir and let phosphate blends-220 solute in water (phosphate blends-220 is very easy soluble).
*Put 100kg PUD shrimp into the solution.
*1st hour: stir 5-10 seconds every 10 minutes.
*From 2nd hour: stir 5-10 seconds every 30 minutes.
*Washing / drying and freezing.
