Applicable Scope:

Features:

1. Directly heat,directly cool down,shorten the sterilizing time to ensure the quality of products.

2. The pressure is controlled in subsection to ensure no package transforming in the processing.

3. The glass bottle and fragile package would not be broken when the temperature changes because of the soft sterilization.

4.  PLC standardizes the sterilization.

5. The F0 control system is available which makes the sterilization more scientific and reduces the  processing cost.

6.  Saving energy:reducing the cost of soft water and steam,accelerating the sterilization and shortening the time.

7.  No pollution to the package the usage of the soft water.
