The IQF raspberry is from clean, sound raspberries(Rubus idaeus),contains no colorings, sugars or preservatives.

  IQF is processed by advanced IQF freezer with wild/cultivated berries according to export food sanitary standard. The main production facility is quick freezer with mesh-belt flow pattern(individual quick freezer) and two-stage structures: (1) The first stage(surface layer freezing section): the surface layers of fresh berries are quickly frozen to subzero degree. (2) The second stage(deep layer freezing section): the berries are sufficiently deep frozen in flow pattern state. The high efficient freezer, with continuous individual freezing, can decrease weigh loss. All IQF berries

are stored in low temperature without any frozen block. There include IQF of blueberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, lingonberry, blue honeysuckle, blackberry etc. The IQF berries can be used for making juice, pulp, jam, bakery food,

snack and drinks etc.
