The cartons will be marked with the name and address of the Buyer, the name of theSupplier, Product of China, Dried Sultanas, Grade, Net weight, Crop Year, production/lot number, packeddate, ingredient list (if required) and the buyer's shipping marks if required.STORAGEThe goods should be stored in original packaging in cool storage at 5 - 10 deg C to maximize shelf life andinhibit microbiological growth and insect infestations or oxidative rancidity. The store should be clean, dry,and protected against moisture, insects and rodents and stored away from any strong odour. Ambient storagecan also be used for short term storage but is not recommended for extended periods of time. The goodsshould be checked regularly for any change in quality.DEFINITIONSDefects/Damage: Shall mean, but is not limited to, fruit that is discoloured, or has black marks, or any fruitwith insect damage, mites, mould, decay, imbedded light filth, fermented fruit, sugared, shriveled, speckled,hail marks, scab marks, bruising and cut marks.
