Injection process

a, equivalent to the injector solenoid valve.

B, when the electromagnetic coil energized electromagnetic force, armature and needle the aspiration,    injector  is turned on, spraying gasoline through the nozzle into the inlet Road or into the trachea

c, power disappear when the electromagnetic force, the armature and the valve return spring under the action of the  nozzle will be closed, the injector to stop fuel injection.

d, the power injector, power, electronic control unit to control the electrical pulses.

e, the fuel injection quantity determined by the electrical pulse width. Pulse width = injection duration = the fuel injection quantity

 f, usually needle lift of about 0.1mm, and the injection duration in the range of 2 ~ l0ms
