1. How should the woven furniture be cleaned?
To clean your woven furniture, rinse the frame with fresh water using a high hose pressure. Be careful to avoid any teak details on the furniture as the high pressure can erode the surface of the timber. Optionally, you may wash the woven material with mild detergent and warm water using a soft brush. After washing, rinse with fresh water until there are no soap bubbles remaining. Allow the furniture to air-dry. If using a specialty outdoor furniture cleaner, avoid using a foaming product, as foam cleaners can leave residue in the gaps of the weaving and later attract dirt.
2. How should woven furniture be stored for the winter?
Yiming recommends that woven furniture be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing temperatures. Furniture must be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside-down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, causing structural damage. Always thoroughly clean your furniture before placing in storage. The best place to store your furniture is a dry garage, garden shed, or basement. You may also store your woven furniture outdoors using breathable furniture covers.
3. Can I leave my cushions outside all year round?
Cushions should be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing temperatures. Cushions should be cleaned and allowed to air dry before placing into storage. Always store cushions in a dry, well ventilated area.
4. What is electro polishing?
Contaminants can more easily adhere to steel where the surface of the steel has been "torn". Electro polishing is a process that removes the surface features of the metal, creating a featureless finish. This featureless finish makes it much more difficult for contaminants to adhere to the steel, providing it with extra protection. Electro polished furniture will have a highly-polished silver appearance.
Although electro polished steel is highly resistant to corrosion, maintenance is still required to preserve the finish (just as it is with marine grade stainless steel). Residue from salt air or chlorinated water must not remain on the steel for too long and should be regularly cleaned from the surface. Furniture that is used in harsher environments requires more frequent cleaning
How should I clean my stainless steel furniture?
The recommended method for cleaning depends on the type of finish:
1. For the standard stainless steel finish
Using fresh water, rinse the frame thoroughly at a high hose pressure. Be careful to avoid any teak details on the furniture as the high pressure can erode the surface of the timber.
For more thorough cleaning, wash the stainless steel with mild detergent and warm water using a soft cloth or sponge. Always wipe with the directional grain of the steel, not across it. After washing, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
For finger prints or smudges, you may wish to use a stainless steel cleaner. Always read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully before applying a stainless steel cleaning product. For more stubborn cleaning or brown surface spots, follow the instructions above, replacing the cloth or sponge with a fine grit non-metallic abrasive pad such as Scotch-Brite. Never use abrasive cleaners, steel wool pads, highly abrasive cloths, or an industrial pressure washer.

1) Rattan We only use the highest quality man-made PE rattan, this kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof, and our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it by applying heat when it got scratched, it last long and the color never fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
2) CushionThe fabric and sponge inside the cushions, they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our products is of high density which ensures the durability, while other companies just use 20 density that is not good enough. Further more,sunbrella fabric which is famous for top quality,we can use it if you require.
3) FrameOther manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our products are constructed with 1.2,1.5and 1.8mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over, some suppliers never do that to reduce the cost.
4) We usually need carefully maintenance for the outdoor furniture, but we don't need any cleaners and maintenance products, it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth, if cleaners needed, we strongly suggest you use non-foaming products, Coz it will leave residues and then contract dirt, and you can use a low setting pressure host to clean our woven products.
