Introduction:

Coal gasification is the formation of water vapor and air mixture flowing through the high-temperature gasification agent produce a series of fixed-bed combustion of a chemical reaction process. The oxygen and steam in gasifying agent and fuel in the carbon reaction generated containing CO, CO2, H2, CH4, C2H4, N2 and many other components of the furnace gas. CO, H2, CH4, CmHn is combustible gases.

The tower furnace is made of heat-resistant stainless steel, its inner surface can be protected by slag very well. It has good effect of slag-breaking, slag-loosening and ventilating. 

 

Operation Principles:

Coal granule can accelerate the chemical reaction between carbon and vapor. It will produce much flammable gas (like carbonic oxide and hydrogen) which will be completely vaporized, so the grate can make gas continuously and steadily.
