The gear hobbing machine is suitable for processing spur gear, helical gear, worm gear and sprocket gear in mass or in pieces, and it can also process short splined shaft in certain range. This machine has a good rigidity, and is suitable for high speed and heavy load cutting. Adopting climb milling or conventional milling ways, it can process workpiece through axial feed or radial feed. After hobbing, the machine can stop automatically and the worktable move out rapidly. After clamping of next workpiece, the worktable can be back automatically and rapidly without centering. The machine has a safe, easy operation and a high efficiency, just needs one time adjustment to process workpieces in same specification. Siemens CNC System can be adopted as per customer’s requirements to process crown gear and Small bevel pinion gear, and the machine can be heighten or lengthen to extend the processing range.
