Product features:

 Y31 series gear hobbing machine is applicable to process spur gear, helical gear, worm gear and other gears. It also can process herringbone gear without cutter slot if equipped with finger milling cutter and reversing mechanism. The machine can realize automatic cycle of cutting.

Structure feature:

·Finger cutter for single tooth index processing. Round-flat cutter can not only realize automatic cycle of cutting but also can control single tooth index manually.

·Its precision should be no less than 7 grade for generating cutting processing; and its precision should be no less than 8 grade for single-tooth index processing.

·Worktable faceplate is centered by static pressure bearing, pressure oil is offered by gear oil distributor.

·Tool carrier lifting use ball screw to ensure high precision of cutting.

·Double-pitch worm hob adopted, good engagement can be ensured without radial adjustment.

·Programmable controller is adopted in order to make sure the automatic cycle of processing flexible and reliable.
