MACHINE'S INFORMATION
1.Transmission gear shift part uses single whirlpool and double whirlpool shift, exchange frequency conversion, in order to obtain consecutive speed. Speed is adjustable in a wide range in order to meet the different processing needs of different manufactures.
2.Transporting glass parts we use imported timing belts with red plastic and PU material at the surface. This ensures that the slip power and the friction is very moderate thus resolving the problem of transportation and movement of thin frangible glass. Transmission problems are no more difficult.
3.Grinding system using high-speed, three phase electrical motors, along with latest state-of-engineering excellence grinding wheels are used. This is particularly advantageous to small glass handicrafts manufacturers, providing them long time usage of tools.
4.Control parts and working parts are suitable for human contact and operation. The user friendly design is to the advantage of operator. The machine uses simple, grinding precision continuous stability principal in working. The entire process can be transparent observation hole over control, too.
