This machine tool is mainly used to grind and polish one side of ultra-hard materials like silicon chip, glass, mechanism sealed metal and nonmetal. The machine tool uses high-power turbine deceleration case, large thrust ball bearing, variable frequency drive system; as a result, the machine tool possesses large output of torque and stable start and stop with no extra impact. It is automatically counted and when presetting reached, it will stop automatically. Automatic regulation of parallel is available for pressure plate so that it can realize one-side grinding of each unit; besides, pressure of each unit ring is adjustable through the pressure regulating valve set under the table separately.
