Product description: this furnace is mainly used for producing 6 to 10(mm) colored glaze (parent color) glass mosaic products; the production line mainly consists of an experimental furnace, a ball mill, a shaking screen and a bead machine; the total length of the furnace is 28 to 36 meters, the maximal use temperature is 850°C; and the monthly production is 5,000 to 20,000

Introduction: the colored glaze glass mosaic, namely parent color crystal glass mosaic is a novel glass mosaic product which is popular in recent years; a slab white glass (broken glass) is grinded, filtered, added with pigment withproperamount,stirred, and pressed by the bead machine to form plain films with variouspecifications; and the plain films are sintered, developed and molded.

Features: strong third dimension, bright and transparent color, non-fadedness relative to glaze glass mosaic.
