Bi Luo Chun chinese tea
Bi Luo Chun is one of China's famous rare teas. The tea leaves for Bi Luo Chun are only picked once a year during mid-March to mid-April when the leaves are at their peak. The tea is hand picked for just the leaf and its bud. It gives:
very light yellow-green hue in appearance.
very unique aroma with a light apricot scent.
light sweet and fresh taste with a lasting pleasing aftertaste that seems to get stronger
after some time.
Brewing Notes
Heat good-tasting water to 160-180F. Place tea (about one tablespoon per cup) into your infuser and add the water. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes Strain and enjoy! Re-steep for 3 -5 times.
To enjoy the tea leaves falling like snowflakes, fill a clear glass or ceramic cup with
hot water and then add the Pi Lo Chun tea leaves.
