GYM series Grinding mill is mainly use for non-mental chemicals, it have low cost, high-efficiency, low noise, no dust spilling. The installed capacity of the equipment is 153.5KW.The electric power consumption is about 110 K.W/h per hour, if compared with the similar equipment, it is the lowest.

2. The productivity of equipment: the fineness of finished product above the D97=1250 mesh, its output is 1.2 tons per hour. The annual out put can reach 10,000 tons if the machine continuous running. (Take the process calcium carbonate as example)

3. It has inner hierarchy system; the product can be adjusted willfully between 600 items of ~4000 items. Take the product (D97=1250 mesh) as the example, the content of powder (the particle size below 2.12 um) to be high, the point cut-off is thin, the product quality is excellent. 4.The process of working: the material be sended in indoor main engine's smashing continuously though the feeding engine, after emery wheel's trundle, the mill, the impact enables the material to obtain the full smashing, after the smashing material enters the graduation room to carry on degree of fineness graduation, the material meets the degree of fineness requirements, enters through the graduation wheel after the cyclone separator separates the product, the few separation's fine dust that has not removed dust be collected to the product by the highly effective collector, then the clean gas of dust separation be discharged by the high-pressured drawing fan. The integrated system is at the negative pressure condition movement production, non-dust emission.

5. The system of the complete equipment is belong to negative pressure type production. The vibrates is slightly , the noise to be low, the movement is stable, does not exist the dust divulging problem. It is belongs to the environmental protection equipment.

6. The power distribution cabinet installment is automatic control, avoids the human factor, guaranteeing that the product quality the stability as well as lengthens equipment's service life, reduces the operators and the production cost.
