Main characteristics
1, This series machine is our new and large type CNC grinding machine with the imported CNC cylindrical grinding machine from Japanese TOYOTA working machine company.
This machine is suitable for the mass production and batch production of the larger type shaft workpieces.
2, The guide rails of the worktable and the wheel feeding guide rails adopt closed-type multipoint powerful lubrication and plastic stickers. It is hard-wearing and shock-absorbing, so that the accuracy could be kept.
3, The whole sleeve type high-rigidity fluid dynamic and static wheel spindle series, could bear the wheels of 750,900,1000mm. The wheel linear speed is 45m/s or 60m/s.
4, Imported CNC system, from 2 axes control(X,Z) to 4 axes control(X,Z,U,W), so that the grinding process and finishing circulation could be realized.
