3. Grind canister and polish canister are designed in a line, front is grind canister, behind is polish canister, the mould go to polish automatically after grind, needn’t replace the mould by hand.

4. The mould up-down system adopt high quality ball bearing pole, drive by step motor, and the up-down precision reach 0.01mm, also all side can set the parameter deepness and time alone, so the final product is exactitude. It can produce SS1 (1mm) at the smallest.

5. The control system adopt advanced PLC and touch screen, the system stability and reliability is high, the parameter set and adjust is convenience.

6. The system have polish canister abrasion expiation function, after machine adjust finished, the worker have nothing to but take the mould.

7. The machine structure and work principle are very good but very simple, so it is stably and easy to maintain.

8. Special designed trouble remove function, it can check if the input and output signal right or not from the touch screen conveniently. Such as judge the switch is right or not , the button is right or not, so remove the trouble quickly.
