High-precision flat lapping and polishing principle and Technology Description: high precision flat lapping and polishing, using free granular abrasive, move relatively on the surface that the workpiece be machined and the disc-based surface, so that the workpiece surface becomes quite flatness and smoothness. They don’t need strong clip, vacuum or magnets to fix the workpiece but naturally be placed on the disc. They can be basically suited for processing of any metal and nonmetal materials, parts, without the mandatory rigid fixture and general grinding .
