Description:
DurOmega® High Oleic Sunflower Oil Powder(LGI) is a free flowing, cold water dispersible powder obtained by microencapsulation of sunflower oil that contains very high concentration of oleic acid.The powder is composed of high oleic sunflower oil, sodium caseinate, polydextrose, natural mixed tocopherols and stabilizer (dipotassium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, tricalcium phosphate).
Package: 10 kg net in vaccum-sealed aluminum bag. Two bags per corrugated paper carton.
Storage and Handling: Store in a dry and cool place, protected from light, heat and oxygen. The preferred storage temperature is 10-30°C.
Shelf Life: This product is stable for at least two years in the unopened original package. It is recommended to use the entire contents after opening.
Application
Sunflower Oil Powder is a CWD and tablet grade powder, GMO free and gelatin free, which can be used in dietary supplement, beverage, dairy, infant formulations and functional food applications.
