Heat supply network exchanger including basic heat supply network exchangers and peak heat supply network exchangers, is one of the main equipment of thermal power plants, and its main function is to heat the backwater in the heat supply network to meet the users’ requirements by using the extraction steam from the turbine or the new steam from the boiler as heat sources.The product’s heat exchange area is from 40m2 to 2450 m2, including 3 series separated by the material: vortex hot film tube, stainless threaded pipes with Ni-Ti basement layer surface, and common steel pipe. Among them, Heat Vortex Hot film heat supply network exchanger made of stainless steel has high heat exchange rate and is able to remove the fouling automatically, etc.

With Ni-Ti basement layer’s surface formed on the surface of carbon steel pipes, the pipe’s surface will reduce the water’s soakage ability. It changes the steam  from the film wise condensation to the rain-like condensation. The condensate water will leave quickly from the heat exchange pipes under the action of steam’s blow and self gravity,then the subsequent steam touches the heat-exchanging pipes directly; the thermal resistance is reduced, and heat transfer coefficient is increased to 4500-5500w/m2°C.2,Corrosion ResistanceNi-Ti basement layer surface heat exchange pipe has strong corrosion resistance. It is able to take the place of the stainless steel in steam or water.3,Scour ResistanceNi-Ti basement layer surface has high rigidity and scour resistance.Vortex Hot Film Heat Supply Network Exchanger’s Features1. High Heat transfer coefficientThe vortex hot film exchanger’s exchange pipe is high efficient heat transfer component, that adopt the foreign advanced techniques, made of stainless steel with the nanometer complex coat surface , combined with vortex technology. The exchanger can form strong turbulent flow in the case of little fluid resistance, in this way, the heat transfer coefficient is greatly increased both inside and outside of the pipes. It has been confirmed that the total heat transfer coefficient reaches k=4450~6230W/m2.K in the exchange test from steam to water, and k=3360~5230 W/m2.K, in the exchange test from water to water.2. less solid foulingIt doesn’t easily encrust because the fluid is stirred by vortex and the fluid has stronger scouring reaction on the walls of the pipes.3. Do not leak easilyIt has the elastic self-compensating capability and small stress, so the product doesn’t leak easily.4.
