OTF1200X-60UV is CE certified 60mm dia. Ni based super-alloy tube furnace with CF flange and KF25 adaptor for ultra- high vacuum application upto  10^-6 torr and 1200°C. Precision temperature controller can provide 30 segments programmable profile with +/- 1°C accuracy.   The furnace also can be used under high pressure upto 20 atm both in oxygen and inert gas.

Two sets of CF-63 flanges are included in the standard package:High Vacuum CF-63 Flange: KF40 vacuum pump connector, KF25 vacuum pressure senser connector, right-angle vacuum valves and one meter long SS bellows are installed in one side flange for connecting to vacuum pump.  (for use under high pressure only )High Pressure CF-63 Flange: 1/4" swagelok connector and SS needle valve are installed in another flange for gas flow. (for use under high pressure)
